Everybody Eats, Bocuse d'Or Team New Zealand, and Mt Cook Alpine Salmon present Roe to Tail — a whole-fish dining experience celebrating the full potential of New Zealand's finest salmon.
On 6 June at Onehunga Eats, the Bocuse d'Or NZ team — Aotearoa's candidates for the world's most prestigious culinary competition — will guide guests through a multi-course tasting menu built entirely around a single exceptional ingredient. From a first-release caviar bump on arrival through to a stunning final course, every part of the fish celebrated and nothing wasted.
All proceeds go to Everybody Eats.
