In this hands-on cooking session, your team will learn traditional techniques from the Everybody Eats kitchen using rescued kaimoana—fish heads, frames, and offal—generously provided by our friends at The Kai Ika Project to create a whanau favourite fish chowder.
Working alongside our chefs, your team will help transform these humble, nutrient-rich ingredients into hearty, delicious fish chowder. The meals will be portioned and donated to support our community partners foodbank—supporting whānau with a nutrient rich meal grounded in tikanga.
